Longer stays price down on their own. You do not have to find a code, ring first or ask for the good rate: the rate on the booking screen is already the lower one by the time you see it.

The honest version
Where the 10% actually comes from
When you book a room through one of the big travel sites, that site takes a commission of roughly 15 to 18 per cent of what you pay. It is a real cost, and like every accommodation business we have to price for it.
Booking direct removes that cost from the transaction. Rather than keep it, we take 10% off the nightly rate automatically. It is the same room, the same bed, the same check-in There is no worse tier of inventory reserved for direct guests.
The only thing you give up is the booking site's app. In exchange you get a phone number that reaches someone who can actually change your booking.
Rate parity, plainly: we will not be beaten on price for the same room and dates. If you find our room cheaper somewhere else, call us on (07) 5504 4326 before you book it.

Questions about our rates
No fine print worth hiding, so here it is.
Do I need a promo code to get the direct discount?
No. The 10% is applied automatically when you book through this website. There is no code to enter, no email sign-up and no members-only tier. The discounted rate is the rate you see on the booking screen.
Why is booking direct cheaper than the booking sites?
The large booking sites charge a commission of roughly 15 to 18% on every reservation. That cost has to be priced in, so the rate they show has to carry it. Booking direct removes the middle step, and we pass most of that back rather than keeping it.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, and you do not have to ask for them. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically on the booking screen once your dates reach that length, on top of the 10% direct discount. The two bedroom rooms are the best value of the group for a long stay because of the kitchen and the extra space.
Is midweek cheaper than the weekend?
Almost always. Sunday to Thursday is the softest part of our calendar, and the gap widens outside school holidays. If your dates are flexible by a day or two, shifting a weekend stay to midweek is usually the single biggest saving available.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Cancellation terms are shown against each rate on the booking screen before you pay, and flexible options are available on most dates. If you are unsure, call us before you book rather than after.
