How to reach us
The quickest way to get an answer about a booking, a long stay or a group is to call. For anything that is not urgent, email is fine and we reply the same day.

Already booked?
Your check-in code and directions are sent to you before you arrive, so there is nothing to collect and nobody to meet. If the code has not landed the day before you travel, call us rather than waiting.
Arriving and leaving
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, self-service with a digital lock
- Check-out by 10:00 AM
- Arriving late is fine, because the code works at any hour
- No free off-street parking; you can pull in to unload bags
Groups and multiple rooms
More than two rooms on the same dates is worth a phone call rather than a booking form. Longer stays are not: weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically on the booking screen, so a long stay prices itself without you asking.

Arriving and staying
How does check-in work?
It is self-service. Your door code is sent to you before you travel, so you can arrive at any hour without meeting anyone. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
My check-in code has not arrived. What do I do?
Call us on (07) 5504 4326. If you are travelling the next day and nothing has come through, ring rather than wait. It is usually a wrong email address on the booking.
Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?
Sometimes, depending on the bookings either side of yours. Ask us the day before and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Who do I contact if something is wrong during my stay?
The same number. There is no reception desk, but the phone reaches a person who can act on it, and it is far better that we hear about a problem while you are still here.
