Three people
The queen and single room. A queen bed and a single bed in the same room, with a kitchenette.
Four people, or two couples
The two bedroom. Two separate bedrooms with a queen in each, plus a kitchen and a dining table. There are three of these and they go first in school holidays.
Staying midweek or longer
Sunday to Thursday is the quietest part of our week and usually the cheapest. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically, so a longer stay prices itself.

Choosing a room
Which room should I book?
Two people: the studio. Three: the queen and single room. Four, or two couples: the two bedroom, which has a queen in each of two separate bedrooms. If you are unsure, call us and we will tell you which one actually suits your group.
Are some rooms better than others?
No. All eleven were renovated at the same time in 2026 with the same fittings, so there is no good wing and no old wing. The difference between them is bed configuration and floor space.
Can I book more than one room?
Yes. For two or more rooms on the same dates, call us on (07) 5504 4326 rather than booking online. We can usually do better than the per-room rate on the booking screen.
Do all the rooms have a kitchenette?
Yes. Every room has a cooktop, fridge, microwave, sink and a Nespresso coffee machine. The two bedroom rooms have a larger kitchen with a rangehood and a dining table.
